The cEngage Suite is a family of products designed to provide businesses and brands with a versatile and cost-effective system toolset to operate in the new communications theatre.

Engagement portal
Our Engagement Portal provides a secure environment within which personal communications can take place. Highly versatile, the system can be deployed as a single or multi-channel solution which rebrands and reconfigures for different target demographics.
At the core of the Engagement Portal is a user-profiling system which defines the content that should be delivered to the customer. It also collates incoming personal data for delivery to internal business systems.
We offer a growing range of consumer and administration modules for the Engagement Portal, many of which can be fully content-managed by the organisation, or can be easily maintained by Captive Minds.
The dialogue can continue over multiple devices too. We offer solutions that enable the Engagement Portal to be made accessible over iPhone and Symbian compatible mobile phones. We’re currently working on solutions for IPTV.
SOCIAL PUBLISHER
Social Publisher has been developed to enable organisations to take editorial content contributions from a community of members and publish them regularly as an online e-zine. These are articles with an images or a video series attached, which are then placed into an editorial workflow where each e-zine issue can be arranged and published live.
The platform manages user subscriptions and supporting functionality which includes a jobs board, event calendar, knowledge base, advertising organiser – all run through a dedicated financial management system.
Users can create their own profile which allows them to comment on articles, create ‘watchword’ lists and network in advance of events they are attending.
SocialPublisher provides a ‘turn-key’ solution for organisations to become an authority or knowledge source within their market sector.
SECOND SIGHT
SecondSight is an application for Symbian compatible mobile phones that’s designed to launch digital content on a phone handset from a print source.
By scanning a unique QR code with the phone’s camera – on for example, a product brochure – a video, audio or image file can be launched on the phone.
Uniquely, SecondSight can also launch 3D models that adjust to the perspective of the QR code. This technology is commonly known as Augmented Reality.
It’s been designed so that organisations can deploy the solution simply to initiate dialogue with consumers on products, in editorial or via advertisements.
A PSP version has recently been launched for the Education sector.
NETWORK INTERFACE
All of our platforms have been developed to be highly versatile and independent of any expensive proprietary technology.
We work with our clients to provide dedicated hardware and network solutions. All enterprise-level cEngage solutions are deployed on dedicated servers housed at a high-security data centre in London. We manage and monitor them at all times to ensure optimum performance.
We have partnerships with leading CDNs (content delivery networks) to provide highly-scalable, fast and robust streaming solutions.
