consultation
strategic consulting
Tower Hamlets required an integrated system that would help to distribute council news and information whilst at the same type collect citizen feedback. Captive Minds held workshops with representatives of the council's communications and IT teams. We proposed a solution based upon on our Flame Connect software.
flame connect
Flame Connect was modified to include the features that met the needs of the council. Features like 'Mayor text', custom RSS feeds and Library user access were added. We undertook an independent security test prior to the installation going live.
brand generation
Captive Minds developed the 'My Tower Hamlets' brand, theming the portal throughout. We produced a short video to explain exactly what My Tower Hamlets could do for residents.
meeting wider objectives
Tower Hamlets required a system that could improve the news and consultation service for residents whilst lowering costs. Flame Connect allows them to do this by integrating outbound and incoming communications in one dedicated system.
campaign
the preparation
Captive Minds primed the site with all necessary data and put the installation live as a Beta, monitoring it's performance closely over the first few weeks. We responded to multiple information requests from the client and refined some of the features to ensure user's had a hassle-free experience.
go live
With the 2012 Olympics coming up, Captive Minds has provided Tower Hamlets with a number of creative ideas in which Flame Connect can be used to assist with citizen participation.
results
