Toby Storie-Pugh, 39, is an adventurer and social entrepreneur who lives by his family motto ‘Nil Timent’: Fear Nothing.
A passionate explorer, Toby Storie-Pugh has motorcycled from Nepal to the UK, and from the UK to South Africa and back and summited numerous mountains including Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya and Aconcagua in Argentina. In 2016, Toby will lead the world’s first attempt to walk the 2,920 mile length of the Congo River.
After finding himself in Kenya in 2006, Toby was inspired to found the children’s charity ‘Flying Kites’. The charity operates as a school and home for orphans, offering the opportunity to rise out of the circumstances they were born into and fulfil their potential with a sense of adventure.
Toby Storie-Pugh is also an Athlete Ambassador for the children’s charity Right To Play and strives to affect positive change in the world and create significant and sustainable social impact as he goes.
